My Testimony
I didn't come to this work because I had it all together. I came because I know what it is to be completely undone — and to find God faithful in the middle of it.
For years, I was known as the angry one. Short-fused. Intense. The person people walked carefully around. And the painful part? I loved God. I was in church, serving, showing up, doing everything a good Christian does. But something underneath never changed — no matter how hard I tried, no matter what I did.
I tried everything. Regular counseling. Christian counseling. It helped me manage — kept things from completely unraveling — but I was never free. I was living in constant tension, exhausted from the effort of keeping the lid on something I didn't fully understand. I was the black sheep. The one who didn't fit. And I carried that quietly for years.
Then I ended up in jail. And I remember the shock of that moment — how did I get here? I had been trying so hard. In that place, stripped of everything, I cried out to God like I never had before. And He met me there.
Speaking & Ministry
The anger was never the problem. It was a symptom. Underneath it was fear — deep, unaddressed fear that had quietly shaped everything I did. Fear led to control. Control led to anger. And at the very core of that fear was a lie I had been living from without knowing it: no one will protect me.
I loved God. I served God. But I had never truly trusted Him as my protector. I didn't believe I was worth His time. That realization wrecked me — and then it set me free.
Through inner healing and deliverance, God didn't just help me cope with what happened. He went to the root. Inner healing healed what had happened to me. Deliverance broke what had attached to me. And slowly, the person I had always been underneath began to surface — gentle, quiet, grounded in peace. Today, when I tell people I used to struggle with anger, they don't believe me. That is the faithfulness of God.
That is why P3 Pyre Ministries exists. Because I know what it is to sit across from someone — or on the other side of a screen — and feel completely stuck, unseen, and exhausted from trying. And I know what it looks like when the fire of God touches that place and everything changes.
